Fall Registration for the upcoming season will open on Monday, July 14 at 9:00 AM.  Be sure to mark your calendars and register early to reserve your spot!

IMPORTANT TIPS TO ENSURE YOUR SPOT: 

• Returning Families: On registration day, you will need to log out of your account and log back in to see the registration link appear. 
  • If you’re adding a new player, remember to add the child to your account ahead of the registration time. To add a new child, go to My Account and click Household then click Add Person in upper righthand corner. Please be prepared to upload a copy of your child’s birth certificate during the registration process, this cannot be done ahead of time. 
• New Families: Please create an account ahead of time and be prepared to upload a copy of your child’s birth certificate at the time of registration. Click here for instructions on how to create a new account. 

KEY DATES

• Registration: July 14th at 9:00am
• Player Assessments: Saturday, August 9 & Sunday, August 10 (Exact time will be assigned after registration)
  • Assessments are required for Shetland Majors, Pinto, Mustang, Bronco, and Pony divisions. Shetland Minors players will be placed on a team and do not need to attend assessments.
• First Games: Sunday, September 14
• Final Games: Sunday, November 16
• All games will be played on Sundays
• Practices will be scheduled 1–2 days a week

DIVISION INFORMATION & BIRTHDATE RANGES:

• Shetland (Ages 4–6): DOB 05/01/19 – 04/30/21
• Pinto (Ages 7–8): DOB 05/01/17 – 04/30/19
• Mustang (Ages 9–10): DOB 05/01/15 – 04/30/17
• Bronco (Ages 11–12): DOB 05/01/13 – 04/30/15
• Pony (Ages 13–14): DOB 05/01/11 – 04/30/13

REGISTRATION FEES

• All Divisions: $200 per player

The entire Tecolote community, including, but not limited to, Directors, Officers, team managers, coaches, parents, and spectators, shall bear in mind that the attainment of exceptional athletic skill and/or winning of games is secondary and the fostering of the aforementioned virtues is paramount.
